• Cost: The land cost of the tour is $6,786 per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available for a supplementary charge of $1,365. Airfare is not included.
• Accommodations: 8 nights lodging in elegant, historic hotel properties; (3 nights in Turin, 3 nights in Agliano countryside and 2 nights in Baveno, Lago Maggiore). All rooms have en-suite baths.
• Meals: All breakfasts, one full-course meal daily (either lunch or dinner), additional meals as scheduled. All meals—after breakfast!—include regional wines. We carefully choose the restaurants based on ambiance and quality of cuisine.  We are able to accommodate vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free diets as well as various food preferences if notified in advance.
• Wine Tastings: Scheduled tastings of various Piedmont wines (including small local producers as well as famous well-known producers).
• Transfers: All transfers during the tour will be on comfortable, air-conditioned buses.
• Admissions: Entrance fees for all planned visits to monuments, galleries and museums are included.
• Guided Tours with local authorized expert guides.
• Small, Intimate Group: We limit the number of participants to a maximum of 16-18 guests. We require a minimum of 12 guests for the tour to go. Decision is made at least four months in advance.
• Arrival and Departure: On the tour start date, a transfer is included from the Torino-TRN airport to our hotel. On the final morning of the tour, a transfer will be provided from the Baveno
  hotel to Milan Malpensa-MXP airport. We may group guests together within 60 minutes of arrival or departure time as much as possible. If you require other transfer services upon arrival
  or departure, these can be arranged for an additional fee.
  
• Early Arrival/ Late Stay Options: Depending on hotel availability you may be able to arrive early or extend your stay. We'll be happy to help you make these arrangements. For trip extensions of 2 nights or less, we provide planning assistance on a complimentary basis. For extensions of 3-5 nights, there is a nominal fee of $150 to assist with trip planning including booking hotels, guides, drivers, etc.
• Luggage Handling: We will provide luggage handling services for up to two pieces of luggage per person commencing with your arrival to the Torino group hotel until your departure from the Baveno hotel. Please be sure to have a luggage tag with your name printed clearly on each piece of luggage.
• Gratuities: Gratuities are a personal decision, but we recommend €10 per person for each daily local guide and €10-20 per person per day for your Tour Leader. At the hotels, it is nice to leave €2-3 per day for the housekeeping staff and €1-2 per person per day for the breakfast room servers. For airport drivers, you may wish to tip €3-5 per person. Tuscany Tours tips all group bus drivers and at all group meal restaurants.
• Tour Exclusions: Airfare, hotel city tax (usually €4-7 per person, per night; payable onsite) and gratuities for your local guides, drivers and tour leaders.
• Experienced Tour Leaders: Tuscany Tours has been leading small-group tours in Europe since 1997. This tour is led by one of our experienced tour leaders, each bringing extensive knowledge, local insight, and a passion for creating unforgettable travel experiences.
• All hotels have air conditioning but in the shoulder seasons, they may not be permitted to use them due to European laws. Please be aware that we cannot ask the hotel to use the air-con if it is against the current regulations in place.
• Tuscany Tours reserves the right to make changes without notice to tour venues, tour leaders and guides as circumstances may require.
• The comfort and safety of our travelers is our priority. All guests must be able to navigate uneven surfaces like cobblestone and walk for at least one hour at a time to comfortably participate in this tour.
