The Best of the Amalfi Coast - Tour Specifics

TOUR DATES: April 23 - May 1, 2027 | October 8-16, 2027

Cost (April 23- May 1 ): The land cost of the tour is $7,746 per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available for a supplementary charge of $1,249. Airfare is not included.
Cost (October 8-16): The land cost of the tour is $7,959 per person, based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available for a supplementary charge of $1,604. Airfare is not included.

Accommodations: 8 nights lodging in carefully restored, historic properties; (1 night Naples, 2 nights Capri, 3 nights Ravello and 2 nights Sorrento). All rooms have private baths and air conditioning.

Meals: All breakfast plus one full-course meal daily are included. All meals-after breakfast!-include regional wines. We carefully choose the restaurants based on ambiance and quality of cuisine.

Transfers: All ground transportation during the tour including transfer on tour start date from Naples Airport or train station to the Naples tour hotel.  Upon departure, a scheduled group shuttle from Sorrento to Naples Airport or train station on tour end date (about 90 minutes) is included.

Wine tastings of various Amalfi Coast area varieties (including small local producers and famous well-known producers).

Guided Tours with local authorized expert guides: Naples, Pompeii, Ravello, Capri, and Sorrento.

Admissions: Entrance fees for all planned visits to monuments, galleries and museums are included.

Small, Intimate Group: We limit the number of participants on this tour to a maximum of 16. A minimum of 12 people is required for a tour to go.

Arrival & Departure: On the tour start date, a transfer is included from the Naples Airport or train station to our hotel in Naples. We will group all guests together within 90 minutes of arrival time as much as possible. On the final morning of the tour, there will be a group shuttle departing at 9:00 am going to the Naples airport or train station. If you require other transfer services upon arrival or to other destinations after the tour ends, transfers can be arranged through our travel partners for an additional fee.

Early Arrival/ Late Stay Options: Depending on hotel availability you may be able to arrive early or stay after the end of the tour. We'll be happy to help you make these arrangements. For trip extensions of 2 nights or less, we provide planning assistance on a complimentary basis. For extensions of 3-5 nights, there is a nominal fee of $150 to assist with trip planning including booking hotels, guides, drivers, etc.

Tour Exclusions: Airfare; hotel city tax (usually €4-7 per person, per night; payable onsite); trip insurance, and gratuities for your local guides, drivers, and tour leaders. Tuscany Tours tips at all group meal restaurants.

All hotels have air conditioning but in the shoulder seasons, they may not be permitted to use it due to European laws. Please be aware that we cannot ask the hotel to use the air-con if it is against the current regulations in place.

**We want all our guests to have an enjoyable and comfortable experience on the Amalfi Coast. Please note that this tour involves navigating steep inclines, uneven cobblestone streets, and numerous stairs, which may pose challenges for individuals with limited mobility. All guests must be able be able to manuever and walk for at least one hour at a time to comfortably participate in this tour.
