What's a Custom Group Tour? A tour that we put together for you where we do all the work of transporting, guiding, reservation making, etc. You get to choose what experiences you want and where to stay.

Whether you're arranging incentive travel for your company or planning a trip with a group of friends, we're ready to work with you to create a Tuscany travel experience that meets your group's needs and exceeds their expectations. Unlike large commercial tour operators who are tied to big blocks of rooms in fixed locations at fixed times, we are able to respond to special requests and design a custom tour.

Here's How We Work: We charge an initial fee of $350 for helping you plan your custom tour. We consult with you to carefully understand what you're dreaming of, and we make specific recommendations that will turn these dreams into a real-world travel adventure in Tuscany. If you choose to proceed with the tour that we propose, the consulting fee of $350 is credited toward the cost of the tour. If not, you are still welcome to use any of the itinerary information we provide that you find of value.

  3. After payment is confirmed we will send you a link to an online questionnaire in which we ask you to provide some preliminary information about your group, the timing of your trip, and your budget requirements.
  4. After we review your completed questionnaire, we contact you to arrange a mutually convenient time for an in-depth phone consultation.
  5. We follow up a few days later with a draft proposed tour package for you to review and comment. This package will include a tour description, an itinerary, and a registration form (including cancellation policies).

  7. The group members will then need to submit deposits in order to secure the tour.
  8. We send receipts for the deposits to your group and announcements for when the final amount is due.
  9. After you arrive, we’ll be here to help make sure that your vacation unfolds in ways that exceed your expectations!
